Libra - 7th sign of the Zodiac.. diplomatic, fair, social, and clever.
Traits People born under Libra are said to be born leaders…Charming, social, and diplomatic…always striving for balance, harmony, and fairness in their lives and relationships. They try to surround themselves with beauty and luxury. As romantics…they crave relationships and seek partnership. They are gifted communicators and excellent negotiators.

Symbol The Scales (the only inanimate object of the zodiac) reflect Libra’s fixation on establishing balance and harmony. It strives to create equilibrium in all areas of life.
Legend
The association of this region of the sky with scales was established by the Romans in the first century B.C. The moon was located in Libra when Rome was founded. The Romans considered Libra to be a favored constellation – one that they associated with balanced seasons and equal lengths of day and night. In Greek mythology, Libra is related to the Greek Goddess of Justice, Themis. Her daughter, Astraea went up to the heavens and became the constellation of Virgo. Both goddesses carried the scales of justice which became the symbol for Libra.

Air – As a cardinal air sign, meaning it comes at the start of a season (fall), it is known as a leader. Libra uses its air sign energy to connect others and create harmony and balance
Gemstone
Lapis Lazuli is a stone of universal truth and harmony. It fosters harmony in relationships…a priority for significant-other-oriented Libra
