Gemini –May 21 – June 21
Gemini is the 3rd sign of the Zodiac: quick-witted, excitable and inquisitive – driven by an insatiable curiosity. The Twins – identified as Castor and Pollux. (In Egyptian astrology they are represented by a pair of goats, and in Arabian astrology by a pair of peacocks). The Glyph symbol for Gemini represents the Roman Numeral 2. The two pillars of the glyph mirror represent the split personality of Gemini, two sides of the same person.
Traits People born under Gemini are said to be clever and curious, think fast, are full of ideas, and communicate well. They are gifted at being versatile and connecting with others. As twins, they have a 2-sided personality – one they show the world and one they keep hidden They process things through their minds, rather than through their emotions. This makes them very adaptable to various situations. The most talkative sign of the Zodiac – very social.

Legend In Greek mythology, Castor and Pollux were the sons of Leda and Argonauts. Pollux was the son of Zeus, who seduced Leda. Castor was the son of King Tyndareus of Sparta, Leda’s husband, and a mortal. The Twins served as protectors of sailors. When Castor died, Pollux begged his father Zeus to give Castor immortality, which he did.
